This piece often gets a lot of love from the younger audience because of its name. Oranges used to be one of my favorite parts about my lunch. I would eat everything and save the oranges for last. The aftermath is the orange peels.

My Orange Peels incorporates a contrast between the un-pitched percussion and the pitched percussion. Students will need to sell whichever side they are on to the audience by playing more relaxed or more aggressive, an essential part of musicality.
